Mr.Balachandran is the founder of  iCRM Solution   and also Founder and Chairman of Malligai group of companies, Madurai.
Mr. Balachandran founded the iCRM in 2009. He is Also Founder and Chairman of Malligai Foods Pvt Ltd, a Restaurant from 2002, Jasmine Builders and Shri Chakra Builders are Building Construction organisation which has successfully completed various projects in Madurai from 1999, Malligai Matriculation School from 1987, Malligai Book Centre from 1986.

And in 1980, the first generation entrepreneur has made Malligai Lottery Agencies Ltd, which was incorporated in 1983. With acumen for competitive bidding, it secured the distributorships of many State Lotteries. Having developed a vast marketing network of Dealers, Stockists and Agents, largely in Maharashtra, Punjab, Southern and North Eastern States including West Bengal, it has sustained its leadership in the lottery business through innovations in the marketing and operations, aiming at an annual growth of 100%.

Deepan Chakkaravarthy is the CEO of iCRM Solution. Prior to Joining iCRM Solution he was Researcher at BoardEx India , a unique Business Networking Service Company. Previously employed as Relationship Manager at SPA Capital Services, Chennai, India.

Deepan earned his Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Chennai and Bachelors Degree in Engineering specializing in Electronics and Communication from K.L.N College Of Engineering, Madurai.
